Well I finally hit 10k views. A very happy occasion! If I ever get the time to create again I'll do something to celebrate. My new day job teaching is a time sucking zombie. I teach art to 6th graders which is fun and I have some very talented and challenging pupils, but I miss having more free time to produce quality art. Anybody else balancing art with work have any advice? On the other hand if all 10,000 people who have view my work bought a copy of Chad, or World of the Zombies I may not have to work....enough griping from me.

The more I reflect on seeing that movie the more I disliked it. If I could cut out all the crap (sexual jokes, pervert dogs, etc.) and most of the human scenes, I'd like it much better. Most of the content seemed to be a slap in the face of true fans. Of course the True star of the movie was Peter Cullen. He was also the only one who delivered any real emotion to the movie. His character was the only one you care about. i was disappointed they gave bumblebee his crappy stereo voice again, they made his character tougher in this movie, but no soul to back it up.
The scene with megatron and starscream and the fallen alone in their ship was one of the best. The plot holes where gaping wounds in the film, the prequel comics help a bit but for a general audience it would be frustrating. Oh and Megan Fox's hate filled Bigoted comments left a sour taste as far as her character went. I won't see anymore movies with her in it. The big surprise in the film was the female decepticon, that was a bit of a surprise.

Okay so i'm usually not one to complain about my life but for some reason i'm in the mood. i spent all day and got nothing done. i was trying to come up with a new banner in time for the Chicago comic Con, I ended up trashing what i spent hours working on cause I just didn't like it. It's been hard for me to get anything done I really like or even want to put time in. I think the effects of not having a proper studio anymore are getting to me. It's hard to get comfortable working at a kitchen table. I hope my wife and I can find/buy a house soon or i might lose my mind.

In addition to all that i think my illness is getting worse, My daily fatigue level seems to have risen. I'll be seeing a pulmonary specialist so I'll know more later. For now I need to learn to take better care of myself (i.e. eating, taking pills on time) and make better use of my energy while I have it.

I'm also depressed at missing out on some of my favorite conventions this year because I simply can't afford it at this point. All my "extra" is sitting in savings waiting to pay a down payment on a future house. (sigh!)

Thats enuff complaining for now, i need to get some sleep and hopefully make better use of tomorrow.

So World of the Zombies sold out at it's first con...well not really i had a few issues left that a local shop took off my hands and sold out of them too.
